  1. You are responsible for the transit to me and I am not responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
  2. I will post all systems with cover insuring that loss or damage is covered in delivery from me to you.
  3. No fix/flash no pay - If I can not perform the service for any reason you will be refunded minus the cost of postage.
  4. All purchases assume that you deliver the console to me at your own expense.
  5. To have the system sent back via courier service, you must have paid for delivery from the drop down box at the checkout.
  6. Repairs come with 1 months warranty from date of payment - if you have the same problem again within this period I will repair for free but you cover delivery costs.
  7. I can not be held responsible for how you use your flashed/modded systems. piracy is not condoned
